Description

The SOPs contained in this compendium are a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas Program (TCGA; https://cancergenome.nih.gov/) and were developed for use by the Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR; http://www.nationwidechildrens.org/biospecimen-core-resource-for-the-cancer-genome-atlas), a centralized laboratory and biorepository located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
