Description
This document describes procedures for the extraction of genomic DNA and isolation and purification of total RNA and small RNA from frozen tissue specimens. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
