Description

This document describes procedures for deparaffinization, decrosslinking, DNA extraction, and total RNA extraction and purification from unstained FFPE slides or tissue blocks. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
