BRD ID: 1,459
Source: TCGA Tier: SOP Number of times downloaded: 2018
Description
This document describes procedures for determining microsatellite instability (MSI) in tumor tissue in comparison to normal adjacent tissue or blood using multiplex PCR for nine markers. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. More information on TCGA and the BCR is available at http://www.nationwidechildrens.org/biospecimen-core-resource-for-the-cancer-genome-atlas.-core-resource-for-the-cancer-genome-atlas.
