Description
This document describes procedures for extracting and purifying total DNA from blood, buffy coat, or a skin punch biopsy using the QIAamp DNA mini Kit. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
