Description

This document describes procedures for the preparation of frozen slides and scrolls/ribbons for hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and gene sequencing, respectively. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
