Description
This document describes automated and manual methods for normalizing commercial whole genome amplified samples. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
