Description
This document describes procedures for scraping tissue sections from slides for nucleic acid extraction. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
