Description

This document describes procedures for the processing of frozen tissue that is intended for proteomic analysis by a Proteome Characterization Center (PCC). It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
