This document describes procedures for processing frozen tissue that is intended for molecular analysis by the Molecular Genetics Laboratory (MGL). It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
