Description
This document describes procedures for the extraction of up to 60 µg of high molecular weight DNA from up to 2 mL of blood or buffy coat using the QIAamp DNA Blood Midi Kit. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
