Description
This document describes procedures for the preparation of Matrix Well Plates with DNA and RNA samples isolated from normal and tumor tissues and their shipment to Characterization and Sequencing Centers. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
