Description

This document describes procedures for sectioning and portioning of unfixed tissues either snap-frozen or embedded in Optimal Cutting Temperature Compound (OCT) for molecular analyte processing. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
