Description

This document describes procedures for the automated hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of slides containing frozen or FFPE tissue, as well as automated and manual procedures for coverslipping stained slides. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
