Description
This document describes procedures for DNA and RNA extraction from liquid acute myeloid leukemia (AML) tumors with the AllPrep DNA/RNA mini kit, and subsequent purification of total RNA with the mirVana miRNA Isolation kit. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
