Description
This document describes procedures for packaging and shipping formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) slides and blocks and frozen specimens on dry ice or in a liquid nitrogen dewar. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
