Description

This document describes procedures for the short sequence-specific tandem repeat (SSTR) multiplex PCR assay that can be used to confirm gender or specimen identity. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
