Description

This document describes the procedure for double-stranded DNA quantification in cell or tissue lysates or other unfractionated matrices via the PicoGreen assay. It is a product of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Program and was developed for use by Biospecimen Core Resource (BCR), located within the Biopathology Center (BPC) at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
