Description

This document describes the method for collecting and snap-freezing needle biopsies for use in quantifying hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1 alpha) by ELISA. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
