This assay analytical validation and performance report describes the methods used to validate the single cell T-cell receptor sequencing (scTCRseq) assay using "single sorted human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or clonal T cell lines". The document also presents data supporting the reported accuracy, inter- and intra-assay precision, analytical sensitivity and specificity, and reportable range.
