Description
This document describes procedures used by sites and Biorepositories involved in the Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Centers (CIMAC) studies. The document outlines collection, processing, fixation, and shipment practices for tissue (biopsy and surgical resection), stool, and blood specimens for subsequent immunomonitoring and profiling analyses. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Commons (CIMAC-CIDC) Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://cimac-network.org/), which was established as part of the Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
