Description
This document describes the procedures for processing pancreas and associated tissues for snap-freezing, OCT-embedding, and formalin fixation that are used by Organ Processing and Pathology Core (OPPC) laboratories. It also includes steps for frozen storage of serum for autoantibody and C-peptide analysis.
