Description

This document describes the procedure used for the formalin fixation, embedding, sectioning, and slide preparation of human frozen needle biopsies along with murine testis and murine jejunum control tissues in preparation for multiplex immunoassays and hematoxylin & eosin staining. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
