Description
This document describes the preparation of lysates from frozen needle tumor biopsies to enable quantification of MET levels with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It also includes steps to determine protein concentration by the bicinchoninic acid (BCA) assay. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
