This document describes the standard operating procedures for collecting tumor biopsy specimens from patients in clinical trials, as well as the SOP for each of the analyte-dependent recommended preservation methods (FFPE, OCT or snap-frozen) and the subsequent preservation method-dependent storage/transport conditions.
