WERF EPHect Standard Operating Procedures

Description

The SOPs contained in this compendium are a product of the World Endometriosis Research Foundation (WERF) and Endometriosis Phenomoe and Biobanking Harmonization Project (EPHect) partnership. The SOPs were developed for banking fluid and tissue specimens collected from female patients diagnosed with endometriosis and normal controls and can be downloaded from https://www.ephect.org/tools/. WERF EPHect also provides clinical questionnaires and surgical forms for the collection of data from women with endometriosis which can also be found at https://www.ephect.org/tools/. Users are encouraged to provide feedback via the EPHect website: https://www.ephect.org/feedback/.
