Description

This document describes the procedures used at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DCFI), a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for HLA-based immunoprecipitation and immunopeptidomic analysis by Liquid chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to identify potential antigen targets of T-cell response. The protocol supports the following specimen input formats: 10-50 mg of frozen tumor, 1-10 million frozen cells, or OCT-embedded scrolls. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/research/networks/precision-medicine-oncology/cimac-cidc).
