Description
This assay analytical performance report describes the methods used to validate the Visium spatial RNA sequencing assay for the analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. The document describes the workflow, including the time required for each step. It includes performance metrics for specimens with low (<30%) and high (>70%) DV200 values and correlation coefficients for the transcriptome of adjacent sections. The cell types identified based on the Visium transcriptome are compared with those identified using the CODEX proteome. It is used by the Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) at Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCA).
