Description
This analytical validation and performance report describes the validation of the BD Rhapsody single cell RNA multi-omics sequencing (scRNAseq) assay using matched single cell T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) sequencing. The assay is designed for analysis of cryopreserved human or mouse T cell lines, B cell lines, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), and bone marrow cells. Assay accuracy was evaluated by analyzing the cartridge cell capture rate for each type of cell and by comparing the cell type distribution to the distribution obtained with flow cytometry. The document presents data supporting the precision, sensitivity, reference ranges, ruggedness and reproducibility of the assay. It is used by a the Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) at the Stanford University, and is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/ResearchNetworks/cimacs_cidc_network.htm).
