This document describes the procedures used by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for nuclei isolation from cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or cell lines. The SOP is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/research/networks/precision-medicine-oncology/cimac-cidc).
