This document contains the instructions provided by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for collection and overnight shipment of fecal specimens by participants using the OMNIgene GUT Kit. The document also contains instructions for the storage of specimens in OMNIgene tubes.
