Description

This document describes the procedure used by the MD Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas, a Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) site, for analysis of CTLA4, CD274 (PD-L1), IL10, IFNG, and TNFRSF8 (CD30) on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections using the in situ hybridization (ISH)-based RNAscope assay. The SOP is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network; https://dctd.cancer.gov/research/networks/precision-medicine-oncology/cimac-cidc).
