Description

This assay analytical validation and performance report describes the methods used to validate RNAscope probes (CTLA4, CD274 (PD-L1), IL10, IFNG, TNFRSF8 (CD30), PPIB, and DapB) for RNAscope staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tonsil and solid (lung cancer) specimens. The document describes the immune cell versus non-immune cell and tissue distribution of staining. The document presents data that supports the reported accuracy, precision, analytical sensitivity, and specificity of the probes. It is used by the Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. It is a product of the CIMAC and Cancer Immunologic Data Center Network (CIMAC-CIDC Network); https://dctd.cancer.gov/ResearchNetworks/cimacs_cidc_network.htm), a Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
