This document describes procedures for the collection, frozen storage, and shipment of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) as well as the procedures for cryopreservation and storage of cellular pellets that were developed by the Acute Flaccid Myelitis Working Group (AFMWG) (https://acuteflaccidmyelitis.org/).
