Description
This assay analytical validation and performance report describes the methods used to validate T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing of bulk RNA using total RNA isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) that were collected from healthy individuals. The document also presents data supporting the reported analytical sensitivity and reportable range. It is used by the Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center (CIMAC) at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
