This assay analytical validation and performance report describes the methods used to validate a single cell Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin (ATAC) sequencing for the analysis of cryopreserved melanoma tumor cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) isolated from patients diagnosed with metastatic melanoma.
