Description

This document describes procedures for establishing quality control parameters and analyzing and reporting mesenchymal epithelial transition factor (MET) levels obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in lysates from frozen tumor biopsies and quality control methods for assay validation. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
