Description

This document describes procedures for quantifying hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) in lysates from frozen tumor biopsies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Guidance on the minimum required protein load per well is also provided. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
