Description
This document describes the methods for extracting and quantifying whole slide images of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor biopsy sections that were immunohistochemically stained for a panel of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
