Description

This document describes the methods for automated immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor biopsy sections for a panel of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers using the Leica Bond-RX Automatic Staining System. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
