Description
This document describes the method for the extraction and analysis of whole slide images of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor biopsy sections that were immunohistochemically stained for histone H2AX phosphorylated at serine 19 (γH2AX) and NBS1 phosphorylated at serine 343 (pNBS1) with β-Catenin tumor segmentation. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
