This document describes methods to qualify new batches of the γH2AX monoclonal antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 prior to use their use in immunofluorescence assays for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with the Cell Search System (LHTP003.8.1). It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
