This document describes the preparation of tissue lysates from frozen needle tumor biopsies and protein quantification by the Bradford Protein Assay for subsequent analyte quantification by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) or Luminex assay for pharmacodynamic studies. It is a product of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis (DCTD).
