Description

This document describes an overview of the image processing pipeline for chromogenic multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis of single tissue sections at Oregon Health and Science University as part of the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) initiative. Instructions on file preparation, nuclei segmentation, and capture of single cell measurements are also provided.
