Description
This document describes the procedures used for library preparation for targeted expansion sequencing (ExSeq) of samples that were processed using the Targeted ExSeq Tissue Preparation SOP. The SOP was used to profile metastatic breast cancer biopsies by the following participating centers of the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) as part of the pilot project: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Broad Institute, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
