Description

This document describes the procedures used to prepare samples, profile libraries prepared from metastatic breast cancer biopsies, and perform in situ targeted expansion sequencing (ExSeq) by the following participating centers of the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) initiative during the pilot phase: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute. It was used in conjunction with the Targeted ExSeq Tissue Preparation SOP and the Targeted ExSeq Library Preparation SOP. The SOP is available online via the HTAN workspace at protocols.io (https://www.protocols.io/workspaces/ncihtan/publications) and directly at https://dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.bgs4jwgw.
