This document describes the procedures used by Oregon Health and Science University and the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) initiative for the analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections by multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC).
