Description

This document describes the procedures for the design and generation of padlock probes for targeted expansion sequencing (ExSeq) of tissue specimens by the following participating centers of the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) initiative: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Bar-Ilan University, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
