Description

This document describes tissue fixation, processing, sectioning, digestion, expansion, passivation, and specimen trimming for targeted expansion sequencing (ExSeq) of paraformaldehyde-fixed and snap-frozen tissue sections used by the following participating centers of the National Cancer Institute's Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) initiative: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Bar-Ilan University, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
