Description
The procedures described in this document were used by the Oregon Health and Science University to cut, mount, and ship 5 µm-thick sections from a formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue microarray (TMA) containing breast tumor specimens, to participating Human Tissue Atlas Network (HTAN; https://humantumoratlas.org/) centers for characterization. HTAN is an initiative of the National Cancer Institute.
